I have served on the Planning & Zoning Commission for the last 18 years. In those years, the Commission has worked together to take a proactive approach to enhance the Cheshire Community.

Highlights of the past years:

• Commercial – We have approved many new retail and service businesses, along with meeting the needs of our existing commercial businesses in town.
• Industrial – We understand the importance of our industrial uses as a major portion of Cheshire’s economic base. The Commission has pushed hard for new development along with supporting and enabling our existing industrial facilities to expand in town.
• Residential – The commission has always strived for balanced residential growth in our community, understanding that we need to provide a variety of housing types to meet the needs of our residents.

About Me

I was born and raised in Cheshire. I am a graduate of Cheshire Public Schools and continue to live in town with my wife Tina and two children, Earl IV and Julia. I am privileged to serve our community and look forward to continuing to do my part in making our town a wonderful place to live.
